From day-to-day community management right up to creating comprehensive social media strategies, I’ve done it all for brands of all shapes, sizes and sectors.
Whether you need content that’s going to grab your target audience’s attention, want someone to review your social media activity or are starting from scratch and need pointing in the right direction, I can help.
Netflix
When Netflix launched in the UK I was part of the editorial and community management team that quickly grew it from 0 followers to hundreds of thousands.
Admittedly we had some good content to work with, but the pressure was on to define Netflix’s online personality – your funniest mate who knows everything about TV and film.
I filled content calendars, came up with copy and design concepts for all platforms, developed campaigns and responded to customer’s ridiculous questions.
Tesco, Strongbow and HP Sauce
I’ve supported household-name brands to develop content that cuts through on social media, making them sound less like corporate behemoths and more like someone you actually want to spend time with.
Alongside Tesco, Strongbow and HP Sauce, I’ve also worked with YouTube, OTRO, Aviva, Unilever and BT TV.
Purpose driven
I’ve supported organisations such as the Common Fund for Commodities, Girl Effect and Windward Commodities to highlight their impact, tap into relevant conversations and make their voice heard.
B2B
I’ve created content designed to light up your LinkedIn feed and hook potential new clients for firms including Maersk, My Future Cloud and, with marketing agency Create Engage, EcoVate, Albany Beck, MMT, Novasecta and many more.
Apps
I’ve dipped into delivering refreshing app content for Sprite and Coca Cola, to support campaigns such as Coke’s 2012 Olympic marketing.
